INSURANCE

We accept most insurance plans and as a courtesy to you we will file insurance claims on your behalf.  Our office is contracted with all Delta Dental Plans (Premier Level Provider) and with Blue Dental.  We make every effort to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits.

At Adel Family Dentistry, we do not render treatment or set fees according to dental insurance plans.  We diagnose and recommend treatment that is in the best interest of our patients, regardless of dental insurance coverage or other benefits.  Please remember that the purpose of dental insurance is to act as a "cushion" which will help to pay for a portion of your treatment.

Dental insurance plans often have yearly maximums which are not intended to cover everything.  Dental insurance provides a limited amount of funds to aid you in covering the costs of the most basic of care.  Some dental insurance companies pay a fixed allowance for certain procedures, and others pay a percentage of our fees.  Please understand that insurance companies calculate a set of fees payable per procedure based on mathematical analysis, and these fees may or may not correspond to the fees at our office.  The benefits available to you are dictated by the policy that you or your employer have purchased.  Your dental insurance is an agreement between you and your dental insurance company, not an agreement with us in any way.

It is your responsibility to pay any and all fees for services rendered to this office regardless of dental insurance limitations. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment in full is expected at the time of service. 

• Cash, Personal Check, Debit Cards, and All Major Credit Cards are accepted

 

• Assignment of dental insurance benefits directly to this office.  Any deductible or co-payment would be collected at the time of service.

  • 6 Month No-Interest Option
  • Extended Payment Plans Ranging From 18 to 60 Months
